About the wine

Vegane Weine sind auf dem Vormarsch. Auch der Cicero Chardonnay Graubünden AOC, dessen Trauben aus der zur Region Bündner Herrschaft gehörenden Gemeinde Zizers stammen, ist für Veganer geeignet. Ausserdem ist er für einen Weisswein auch dank des sechsmonatigen Ausbaus im Barrique sehr gut lagerfähig, mindestens bis 2025.

Unser Geruchssinn wird durch Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten und leicht blumigen Noten stimuliert. Am Gaumen mit weicher, saftiger Struktur und dezenter Holzaromatik, lang anhaltender, spannender Nachhall.
